    You can use this form to request additional information about our services, request a Reservation, and Register your account information with us. (Please note, this is only a request for reservation, we will confirm availability of our vehicles for the date requested, and confirm reservation by telephone).

    If you would like more information about our services, have special needs, or have questions about something not addressed in our web pages, fill out all pertinent information and send the form using the "submit button" at the bottom.

    If you wish to Reserve a Date for your event, or one of our Special Package Deals, be sure to follow directions carefully, fill out all information requested on form, and use "submit Button" at bottom to send form information to us. You can make payment in various methods, including cash, check, cashiers check, money order, or credit card.
For your security, we verify that all information submitted by you is correct, prior to confirming your reservations, billing you, or charging your credit card.

Please Note: For an accurate price quote, this form must be completely filled out in detail. We require the date of the occasion, vehicle(s) requested, number of passengers, time periods, and all pickup and drop off locations with addresses and cities.

    For Prom and Homecoming reservations, we require that you make an appointment and come into our office with a parent to secure the reservation. We cannot take phone reservations for proms or homecomings.

    Retainers and/or any payments made on this reservation are non-refundable once they are paid. Carrington Motor Coach reserves the right to bill the above named client for the balance due on this reservation should the reservation be canceled. Additional charges will apply to this reservation if changes are made the week of the reservation.
